Works from the permanent collection are continually on view in specified Museum galleries, and these installations change at least twice a year. Other galleries feature exhibitions that are organized by the Museum or come to us from other institutions. Such exhibitions often combine examples of O'Keeffe's work from our collection with works by O'Keeffe and her contemporaries from other collections to demonstrate the significance of her achievement within the history of modern American art. Further, the Museum will from time to time exhibit the works of distinguished living American artists who share the same artistic sensibilities as Georgia O'Keeffe.
